New Customers must bring in:
- VALID PHOTO ID
- Copy of lease/purchase agreement
- $150.00 Security Deposit/$15 activation fee (CASH OR CHECK ONLY)
New home owners are required to install a shut-off valve on thier side of the meter before service begins.
Service and billing begins the day your meter is installed and/or unlocked.
